Quality Kingfisher Industrial are now registered to BS EN ISO 9002.

Our scope of approval is for 'The supply and installation of abrasion, corrosion resistant and low friction lining systems and for the manufacture and erection of associated plant both in house and on site within bulk materials handling industries'.

Registration to ISO 9002 confirms Kingfisher's ongoing programme to enhance relations between both our customers and suppliers. We feel this shows that our quality procedures are of utmost importance within our Company, which in turn reassures our customers of our high level of commitment to them.

Enhanced Capacity At Droitwich

Kingfisher have recently extended their factory facilities by an additional 6,000 square feet. This extension will house separate surface preparation and specialist coating services along with an extensive stores facility.

Outline planning permission has been granted for the erection of a purpose built fabrication and assembly shop covering an area of 15,000 square feet which is scheduled for development in the year 2000. Ultimately it will give us a 90,000 square foot site dedicated to the manufacture and lining of plant used within the bulk materials handling industries which we believe to be unrivalled in Europe.

The Management of Kingfisher are committed to providing employees with opportunities to improve their skills both in technical and craft disciplines to recognised national standards.
